I confirm that I was employed by Hopkins at the time of the the bankruptcy filing on September 28, 2025, which led to the company's closure announcement in February 2026; or employed by Hopkins but involuntarily separated, not for cause, prior to the bankruptcy filing from August 1, 2025 to
September 28, 2025. and was involuntarily separated from employment as a result.
